The Disappearance of Dennis Dillinger

Dennis Dillinger was last seen on December 5, 2023, at the Kanab Family Dollar Store in Page, Arizona. He was leaving Page with the plan to visit Lake Powell possibly, but the specific area is unknown.

Lake Powell is an artificial reservoir on the Colorado River and spans an area between Utah and Arizona. It is also possible that he had intended to visit the Superstition Mountains. This is a popular hiking area located just east of Phoenix, Arizona. The most common roads through that area are U.S. Route 60 on the south side, Rt 88 on the northwest side, and Rt 188 on the northeast side. If he was traveling to this area, he may have taken one of these routes.

At the time of his disappearance, Dennis was described as a 54-year-old Caucasian male, 5’10” tall and weighing approximately 160 pounds. He has short strawberry-blonde hair and hazel eyes. He was last seen wearing a dark blue jacket, tan pants, and a black hat. There is no additional information regarding other physical characteristics or tattoos.

Dennis drives a 1991 Silver and Dark Gray Dodge Dakota Pickup. It has an Arizona license plate YSA3AN and the registration sticker expiration year is listed as 2025. The pickup has a metal can high topper (a canopy over the bed of the truck).

Coconino and Kane County, AZ personnel are aiding the Page Police Department with the search and rescue efforts. Police encourage anyone with further information to contact the Page Police Department at (928) 645-2463 or Kane County Dispatch at (435) 644-2349.
